I need ur advice.

I've got these two(technically three) RHG's that I made myself,
one's completely original(yeah rite)
and one's kinda derived(this is actually a lie)

...so...
I'll tell you about them.

Roulette(female) and Blackjack(male)
two siblings that use their magic powers to create for themselves magic infused decks of cards(yes CARDS).

Roulette is the younger. She is a white stickwoman with the power to use white magic. She is capable of turning herself into a deck of cards infused with white magic that is white and black in color, whose true abilities can be brought out in the hands of her brother. she is a kind soul and is against violence, but will do anything to protect her older brother.

Blackjack is the elder. He is a black(hell yeah, subliminal racism) stickman with the power to use black/dark magic. He is capable of turning himself into a deck of cards with a color scheme that is a reversed version of Roulette's(black cards, white suits), whose true power can only be brought out in the hands of his sister. He cares little for beings other than himself, but he truly cares for his sister, and will protect her no matter what.







Now the next...

Archaeus
Archeas is really cool. He's a dark grey stickfigur with a red sash and a scythe with a red blade with a black edge. He has the power to control darkness and to maipulate black fire(a purple fire that can act as a more powerful version of fire and can be used to forge dark weapons). He has nine rings that are tied to his scythe (they're kinda just THERE, I dunno what ima do with them yet, but i sure as hell aint gonna animate them in RHG battles).
He is (basically) the physical manifestation of the Grim Reaper. I plan to try not to overpower him, but I do have a kickass picture of him...somewhere...Oh, here it is:

Just tell me what you think of them, what I should change, what's weird, that sorta thing.

Hmmm... My thoughts are the following:

Blackjack and Roulette:
Original idea. I really like it, but it has some fatal flaws.
1. Black and white stick figures. You usually try to make the stick contrast the background you're working on, and the only thing that contrasts black and white at the same time is grey or a middle color, neither bright nor dark. However, in an RHG the other stick may be a middle color, screwing you entirely. Just sayin'.
2. Two stick figures. Many people are doing this now, and I really have no problem with the idea. However, that means more work for you. I think you should make a single RHG, it's much easier.
3. The deck of cards. Yeesh, that would be difficult to animate. To draw the deck, or animate each card being thrown, all that. Difficult weapon choice.

Archaeus:
Nice idea, scythes are a common weapon, and so is dark energy/purple fire, and so is the grim reaper concept, but still, if you can execute it right, good idea.
1. Scythe. Very difficult weapon. You have to practice a lot to get the hang of it.
2. Purple fire stuff. You need to have a good understanding of particles.

I'f anyone is interested, you can get cards similar to what roulette and blackjack's decks are based off of on amazon.com fro like 7 bucks each.

They're called the Ghost first edition(white) and Shadow Masters masters edition(black) playing cards by ellusionist.

I got them for christmas, and I'm pretty stoked about showing them off to friends at school next friday on our lunch-and-poker day.

That reminds me of lots of trading card games. Cards, monsters, magic and etc.
Anyway it's an unusual weapon and kinda interesting to animate - but only one thing bad is...you can't know ALL the cards in the deck since deck content depends on your imagination...or copy-paste skill
And since there's no certain deck content you can call in a super-mega-awesome monster which'll PWN 'EM ALL...and that's not cool.
I've seen a lot of deck-duels and i can't imagine how u'll make that. So i'm asking you to try that and to show off the result.

Now that oi think about it, Arcos would be a better choice, he wsas kinda the first one I thought of...

He uses chakrams tied to steel wire. He uses dark fire. He molested my goldfish.

I'll just use blackjack and roulette in a series when i get better.
I'll use Arcos(description at bottom) as my RHG.
and I'll use archeas as a sort of more powerful form of arcos...or something
good idea, amirite?



Arcos
He basically looks exactly like Archeas, same body color and red sash. Arcos uses Red chakrams with black edges, which are tied to steel wires. the steel wires are fed up his arms into a tubelike mechanism that retract the wires. Arcos has the power to use darkness and the same black fire that Archeas can use, only he can use darkness to a lesser extent.

EAT DELICIOUS FOOD.
EXPLODE THINGS WITH YOUR MIND.
EAT THE SQUIRREL THAT LIVES IN THE TREE OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW.
