    TUTORIAL RULES!

    The tutorial section will be for tutorials and only tutorials.
    If your tutorial doesn't help anybody it'll probably be locked and deleted by the mods. The tutorial will have to be straight and to the point. Youtube is allowed just provide the link to your tut.
    You MUST have pictures in your tutorial, and if your not using youtube.. YOU MUST HAVE STEPS.

    While this idea... is exceptional, I don't believe you have the power to make this and then threaten to lock it and other thing that you currently can't do in this state. We as Mods, Elites, and Admins will decide what gets locked and what doesn't.
