what tool did you use to draw the stickman?
cuz i fail at flash, and i can't draw with the brush tool.
hell, i can barely draw with a REAL pen or pencil.

I use brush, but if you have a hard time with stickmen, use line.

I can see some major flaws. The bad easing example is in no way bad, it's just a different style. When making a tutorial you should approach tips from every aspects. Its not bad, but due to the fact that you still have so much to learn this wont get you far. Then there is one really picky problem, but you are wrong about the "concept of stick animation" you just went over the concepts of animation, none of these principles change even if you are animating fullbody. I think its a bad example to say, "NEVER over use free-transform when you indeed did so yourself. Free transform should be a last minute trick, something you should only use in a frame that could just as be double frames if you want your animation to be extremely smooth, not as a key component of easing. I suggest you stick with text for now, since most of the examples look awkward and are rather unhelpfull.

Right then. I always use free transform to start my movements, so I consider it key. My style I guess.

And I never said, NEVER free transform. I said NEVER overuse free transform.
