I still believe Neon should be the new Elite member. Taht way, there can be 5 elites and 5 mods. It looks even that way.

I do agree about the 5 mod 5 elites thing, but if neon becomes elite, does that mean he will have to take one of the spots of the elite ? isn't it full?
