I won't comment on your stick construction, although I'm not a fan.

Work on your frame placement. Make more inbetweens, because that was really choppy.

What fps do you use?

umm 20 i think my friend sited it

Practice making one frame make the stick move a little and keep doing that over and over, forget easing and stuff until you get smoothness down, then practice easing, I'll have a smoothness tut up soon.
