#1 Smoothness - Smoothness is.. well it explains itself.
Smoothness depends on spacing, if you have heavy spacing, your anim might not be very smooth.. if on the other hand you have heavy EQUAL spacing it'll be very smooth, you need equal smoothing.. so if your anim frames look like this it's gonna most likely be choppy -->
Subtopix - Wobble tips
Try to keep your foot placement as consistent as possible, as you see above the foot placement stays the same.
Don't have your feet spazzing all over the place, this also helps with smoothness.
